Product & Technical Manager, Composites

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison between suppliers and the sales team to translate product details into actionable insights.
• Equip the sales team with accurate product knowledge, positioning, use cases, and training materials.
• Provide technical sales support, including on-site customer visits to address application-specific needs.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to recommend appropriate product solutions based on customer challenges.
• Plan and execute training sessions and internal rollouts for new product launches.
• Maintain accurate product documentation, specifications, pricing, and internal databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical sales support, or supplier relations.
• Proven experience working with composites or advanced materials.
• Familiarity with aerospace and defense specifications and supply chain requirements.
• Proficiency in CRM and product management tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites, supplier sites, and industry events.
