Product Technical Leader

Responsibilities

• Apply specific Product Development Processes (PDP) following project management standards
• Drive robust product design in alignment with economic targets and standardization rules
• Coordinate and call for all necessary design reviews, including those from Purchase and Industrial networks
• Act as the primary R&D interface for customers, cascading technical requirements and needs internally
• Manage detailed scheduling and budgeting, including resource, equipment, and investment identification
• Oversee daily management of R&D contributors by assigning work packages and ensuring alignment with department managers
• Report and escalate technical or project risks to the Project Manager or R&D Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in robust design management and technical leadership
• Proficiency in applying Product Development Processes (PDP)
• Strong experience in resource and budget planning
• Ability to manage R&D contributors and cross-functional work packages
• Experience in customer interface management and technical requirement breakdown
• Skilled in coordinating complex design reviews
