Product Technical Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define green tire models and industrialize products to meet performance, cost, and lead time targets.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions to resolve manufacturing and design issues.
• Ensure the delivery of robust tire architectures that meet quality and industrial performance standards.
• Manage the evolution of production tires to meet changing customer needs and industrial performance requirements.
• Implement tools, processes, and methods that ensure sustainable business results and documented technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Production, Industrial, Tools, or related fields).
• 1-3 years of experience in Product Development or Design Engineering; new graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Fluency in both Thai and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a team and maintain a positive mindset.
