Product & Technical Co-founder (CPTO)

Responsibilities

• Establish core architecture, engineering culture, and security posture including SOC 2 readiness
• Ship a marketing review prototype into production and deliver communications surveillance and trading oversight
• Own the training and evolution of the core AI/LLM model
• Develop the explainability layer to produce audit-ready evidence on demand
• Represent the company to customers and investors as the technical voice
• Partner with the CEO to reach $1M ARR within 18 months
• Recruit and lead the founding engineering and applied AI team

Requirements

• Experience shipping LLM-powered systems into production environments
• Full-stack confidence in applied LLMs, RAG, retrieval, and secure multi-tenant SaaS
• Expertise in explainability and reliability engineering
• Ability to operate as a principal setting technical agendas and making decisive calls

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior founder, founding engineer, or early-stage technical leadership experience
• Background in legal tech, RegTech, fintech compliance, or high-trust regulated verticals
• Familiarity with U.S. wealth management ecosystem (SEC and FINRA workflows)
• Direct experience self-hosting or privately deploying foundation models
