Product, Tech & Analytics Projects - Mid-Level

Responsibilities

• Drive impactful product and tech projects by harnessing data to build solutions that redefine the grocery shopping experience
• Uncover new opportunities and build end-to-end solutions to solve real-life business puzzles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Netherlands, Germany, and France to tackle European-scale challenges
• Take ownership of project outcomes, moving from insight to implementation in a high-performance environment

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, or an equivalent quantitative field
• 3-5 years of work experience solving tangible business problems with direct customer impact
• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts simply
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• EU citizenship or a valid visa to work in the EU
