Product Sustenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex L2/L3 incidents for core applications like LIMS and CRM
• Perform in-depth data analysis using Microsoft SQL Server to identify root causes
• Support administration and technical operation of applications on Microsoft Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Troubleshoot interface and integration issues using REST APIs and service-oriented architectures (SOA)
• Trace end-to-end data flows and connect technical analysis with business processes
• Document root causes and fixes while supporting testing for bug fixes and new releases
• Manage tasks according to ITIL processes using enterprise ticket systems like BMC Helix

Requirements

• Strong experience in Microsoft-centric enterprise environments (SQL Server, Azure, AVD)
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Proven experience in 2nd and 3rd level application support
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SOA
• Experience with enterprise ticket systems (ideally BMC Helix)
• Solid understanding of ITIL-based processes
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
