Product Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Diagnose and fault find mechanical and electrical problems
• Service equipment as required
• Understand and comply with Epiroc and Customer OH&S requirements, policies, and procedures
• Work collaboratively with all team members and stakeholders

Requirements

• Relevant Trade Qualification
• Experience and knowledge in OEM drill fitting maintenance and repair in mining and civil equipment
• Mechanical and electrical fault finding skills
• Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities
• Unrelenting focus on safety
• Ability to work under pressure both independently and in a team environment
• HR Driver’s Licence (highly regarded)
• Epiroc specific product knowledge (highly regarded)
