Product Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service Epiroc machines to ensure the customer’s fleet meets production requirements
• Perform fault finding and technical problem solving
• Comply with all OHS company and site processes and procedures
• Provide high-level technical support and advice
• Assist in the implementation of strategic maintenance plans
• Maintain positive customer relationships as a customer-facing OEM representative

Requirements

• Heavy Mobile Equipment trade qualification or similar
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Computer literacy and good report writing ability
• Commitment to providing quality customer service
• Ability to handle and work under pressure
• Epiroc Product knowledge and experience is advantageous
