Product Support Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for aircraft kitted and rotatable parts, consumables, and emergent parts
• Oversee toolroom management, facilities, and plant equipment maintenance
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and provide technical management of the external supply chain
• Develop and execute project plans, process improvements, and operational goals
• Manage, develop, and motivate employees while providing oversight of technical approaches
• Participate in equipment make/buy decisions and source selection processes
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and business partners

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale project management)
• 3+ years of experience working with computer-based inventory or warehouse management systems
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain planning
• Experience working with both internal and external customers and suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing teams
• 3+ years of experience managing or leading facilities equipment or reliability engineering
