About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalized, and prompt support to customer inquiries via email
- Achieve high satisfaction ratings and speedy resolutions
- Become a product expert on the Similarweb platform
- Investigate and escalate bugs or technical issues to the Tier 2 team
- Share product feedback to enhance user experience
- Route clients to appropriate teams to ensure support needs are met
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong prioritization abilities
- Ability to work on-site in the Prague office every day
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or customer care
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support platforms
- Experience working with SaaS platforms
