Product Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service parts inventory levels and forecast demand
• Maintain accurate inventory records within WMS and CRM platforms
• Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and stock audits
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inbound shipments
• Manage outbound logistics including pick, pack, and ship activities
• Coordinate delivery load-outs and prepare customer shipping documentation
• Support warranty administration and coordinate RMA activities
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and logistics

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain
• Experience in technology or manufacturing industries
• Working knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and forecasting
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Ability to operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
• Experience supporting warehouse startup activities
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Understanding of warranty administration or RMA processes
