About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to external customers regarding proprietary software and hardware
- Perform reactive and proactive preventive maintenance on infusion pumps
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair medical products in hospital environments
- Interview customers to collect information and lead diagnostic procedures
- Log and track service order activity in SAP ECC and Salesforce
- Maintain equipment, clean pumps, and assist with picking and packing medical equipment
- Provide technical assistance and instruction on equipment operation and maintenance
- Manage parts according to company policy and procedures
Requirements
- College or University degree in Biomedical Electronics, Biomed Technology, or a healthcare-related field
- Experience in customer service within the medical device space preferred
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce is an asset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Ability to travel up to 20% across Canada
- Fluency in English; French is an asset
