Product Support Specialist, Repairs

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to external customers regarding proprietary software and hardware
• Perform reactive and proactive preventive maintenance on infusion pumps
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair medical products in hospital environments
• Interview customers to collect information and lead diagnostic procedures
• Log and track service order activity in SAP ECC and Salesforce
• Maintain equipment, clean pumps, and assist with picking and packing medical equipment
• Provide technical assistance and instruction on equipment operation and maintenance
• Manage parts according to company policy and procedures

Requirements

• College or University degree in Biomedical Electronics, Biomed Technology, or a healthcare-related field
• Experience in customer service within the medical device space preferred
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce is an asset
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to travel up to 20% across Canada
• Fluency in English; French is an asset
