Responsibilities

  • Answer how-to questions and troubleshoot the Podium platform for customers
  • Deliver human-first resolutions via chat, email, phone, and Podium tools
  • Become a technical and use-case expert in Podium products
  • Identify opportunities to help customers maximize value and work smarter
  • Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management to increase engagement and retention

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker
  • 2-3 years of SaaS customer support experience
  • Experience supporting multiple online software products or IT experience
  • Familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript)
  • Experience with support systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom
  • Ability to work onsite in Lahore, Pakistan
  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours
