Responsibilities
- Answer how-to questions and troubleshoot the Podium platform for customers
- Deliver human-first resolutions via chat, email, phone, and Podium tools
- Become a technical and use-case expert in Podium products
- Identify opportunities to help customers maximize value and work smarter
- Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management to increase engagement and retention
Requirements
- Fluent English speaker
- 2-3 years of SaaS customer support experience
- Experience supporting multiple online software products or IT experience
- Familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript)
- Experience with support systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom
- Ability to work onsite in Lahore, Pakistan
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours
