Product Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Intake and triage support tickets, providing troubleshooting steps to solve customer issues
• Serve as a subject matter expert to facilitate cross-team awareness of issues and resolutions
• Manage customer creation, user creation, and VIN transfer requests
• Lead end-to-end execution of hardware repair projects for key customer accounts
• Document hardware and software support and troubleshooting procedures
• Execute support operations analysis to drive optimization against KPIs
• Collaborate with Product, Success, and Sales teams to improve feature development, onboarding, and communication
• Represent the voice of the customer by gathering and sharing structured feedback

• Functional and technical product expertise
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and digital platform issues
• Experience in project management for specialized initiatives
• Strong analytical skills to provide insights on product usage
• Ability to work in a dynamic, growing company environment
