Product Support Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Assist new and existing customers with equipment and dealership matters
• Provide technical information and training for Volvo Construction Equipment and other represented brands
• Conduct initial assessments of sold equipment to proactively determine service and repair needs
• Advise customers on service, parts, and ordering/tracking requirements
• Train and familiarize customer operators with equipment usage
• Facilitate communication for equipment rentals and service quotes
• Conduct machine inspections for trade value estimations
• Travel to worksites as needed to check equipment status or provide emergency support

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong industry knowledge of ground engaging equipment (e.g., excavators, wheel loaders, articulated haulers)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders or entering heavy equipment
• Ability to work in noisy, dusty, and outdoor environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience with warranty, sales, or vehicle repair/maintenance work orders
