About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement daily sales actions to achieve targets for parts, service jobs, and maintenance programs
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely delivery of aftermarket solutions
  • Serve as the primary contact for operational and technical inquiries to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute customer activity plans through regular site visits and relationship building
  • Verify service job details, including scope and schedule, and manage PO/WO processes
  • Monitor customer equipment condition to identify upselling opportunities for parts and service contracts
  • Collaborate with Operations, Service Technicians, and Product Support teams to ensure service excellence
  • Adhere to all SHEQ standards to ensure safety and quality compliance during site visits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or Business Administration
  • 5–8 years of experience in aftermarket sales, key account management, or technical sales
  • Proven expertise within the heavy equipment or mining industry
  • Strong skills in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and revenue growth planning
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management, and warranty claim processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Analytical ability to monitor market trends and develop account-specific strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business or Management
  • Professional certifications in Sales Management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Specialized training in Aftermarket Operations
