Product Support Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Market parts and service sales including preventative maintenance plans, machine inspections, and repairs
• Perform follow-up calls on major parts and service sales
• Assist after sales service calls to ensure equipment meets customer expectations
• Provide limited technical support where appropriate
• Ensure estimates meet pricing and department approval standards
• Manage pre-planning, post-call notes, and follow-up actions using a CRM tool
• Adhere to all safety rules and complete required training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven sales ability and excellent customer relationship skills
• Strong planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of heavy equipment preferred
• Knowledge of equipment components and repair times
• Solid computer skills and knowledge of general business software
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
