Product Support Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Market parts and service sales including preventative maintenance plans, machine inspections, and repairs
• Build relationships with current and new clients through sales calls to offices, shops, and jobsites
• Quote and sell parts, service jobs, PM contracts, and extended warranties
• Perform follow-up activities on major parts and service sales
• Provide limited technical support and assist with after-sales service calls
• Manage pre-planning, post-call notes, and follow-up actions using a CRM tool
• Ensure estimates meet pricing and department approval standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven sales ability and excellent customer relationship skills
• Strong planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and equipment components preferred
• Technical aptitude regarding repair times and components
• Solid computer skills and knowledge of general business software
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
