About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional patient support through inbound and outbound calls
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for medical devices
- Coordinate warranty and non-warranty service requests
- Triage patient calls to appropriate departments
- Process Field Experience Reports (FERs) for complaints or product issues
- Review complaints to determine if Regulatory reporting or CAPA is required
- Update and maintain patient files and database records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with problem resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database navigation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within healthcare, medical device, or patient services sectors
