About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional patient support through inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for medical devices
  • Coordinate warranty and non-warranty service requests
  • Triage patient calls to appropriate departments
  • Process Field Experience Reports (FERs) for complaints or product issues
  • Review complaints to determine if Regulatory reporting or CAPA is required
  • Update and maintain patient files and database records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with problem resolution and de-escalation techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database navigation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within healthcare, medical device, or patient services sectors
