Product Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth system operations
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality technical support
• Ensure compliance and security during the resolution of financial transaction issues
• Provide step-by-step technical assistance to clients through written and verbal communication
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to maintain system integrity

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience troubleshooting production issues in SaaS or fintech systems
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, request/response handling, and hands-on experience with Postman
• Basic knowledge of n8n workflows and JavaScript (conditions, functions, etc.) for debugging
• Proficiency working with Linux environments, log analysis, and basic scripting
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/UDP and IP whitelisting/blacklisting
• Basic exposure to AWS (IAM, S3) and SSL/TLS certificate management
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Kibana, Grafana, or Prometheus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting APIs and digital KYC within financial institutions
• Previous experience working in a startup environment
