About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor production systems and proactively investigate operational or technical issues to ensure product reliability
- Troubleshoot incidents using SQL, application logs, and system analysis to identify root causes
- Support day-to-day product operations across lender integrations, loan assignments, disbursements, and repayments
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to manage incidents and communicate updates
- Perform production validation, data reconciliation, and release verification
- Document bugs, incidents, and operational procedures while maintaining knowledge bases
- Identify recurring issues and recommend product, process, or automation improvements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Product Support, Technical Support, Business Analyst, or Product Operations
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and issue investigation
- Ability to read application logs and understand system behavior
- Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and the software development lifecycle
- Experience with bug tracking and incident management tools like Jira
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in lending, banking, fintech, or financial services is a strong advantage
