Responsibilities
- Answer questions and assist the business team with basic technical issues related to the product
- Provide prompt and accurate assistance via email, chat, or internal support systems
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support or technology teams
- Log and track all support requests and resolutions in the internal system
- Monitor for product issues and report them immediately to the tech team
Requirements
