Product Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned product categories and ensure continuous availability across all retail and distribution channels.
• Develop and implement annual and quarterly trade marketing plans, including promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, and market share to drive growth and distribution expansion.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure proper product placement, visibility, and execution of trade activities in the field.
• Manage trade budgets effectively to maximize ROI and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.
• Expand distribution networks and optimize channel strategies across modern trade, traditional trade, and wholesale.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to provide strategic market recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing or related roles within the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Fluency in the English language.
