Product Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI Fluency curriculum to staff across the organization
• Develop supplementary training materials, quick-reference guides, and FAQs
• Facilitate hands-on workshops, office hours, and drop-in sessions
• Build and maintain a content calendar for AI and product enablement communications
• Manage internal communication channels like Slack and email for product support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users navigating AI Tech Solutions products
• Monitor product utilization metrics and adoption dashboards
• Conduct proactive outreach to users with low engagement
• Act as a quality assurance resource by testing products from a non-technical user perspective
• Advocate for user needs within the AI Tech Solutions team

Requirements

• Natural teacher and coach with empathy for adult learners
• Self-starter capable of operationalizing a vision
• Technically curious and able to learn tools deeply
• Data-literate with ability to read adoption metrics and dashboards
• Excellent communicator across written and verbal formats
• Organized and consistent in managing content calendars

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Customer Success, Client Enablement, Training, or Instructional Design
• 2+ years delivering training to adult learners in a professional setting
• 2+ years working with technology products in a support or enablement capacity
• Experience creating enablement content such as guides and videos
• Experience using data to inform engagement strategies
• Familiarity with Salesforce, AI tools, or learning management systems
• Experience in Education, Workforce Development, or Nonprofit organizations
