Product Strategy Specialist

Responsibilities

• Co-develop product strategy alongside leadership by translating business context into product direction and priorities.
• Design and maintain product performance tracking, defining key metrics and building monitoring routines.
• Build strategic materials, including decks and frameworks, to cascade the product vision across the organization.
• Support the product team as an analytical resource to help structure problems and back decisions with data.
• Standardize product processes such as intake flows, prioritization criteria, and documentation standards.
• Conduct GMV and AOV analysis to evaluate feature adoption and commercial impact.
• Synthesize cross-functional inputs from Commercial, Operations, and Finance into integrated business reviews.
• Identify and communicate gaps between product strategy and execution reality using structured data.

Requirements

• Background in Product Management, Business Strategy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to build clear, structured materials for executive presentations and strategy documents.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership (VP and Director levels).
• Full fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Strong commercial instinct and understanding of how product choices impact revenue and adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B platforms, marketplaces, or technology-driven commercial environments.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
