Product Strategy Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive product strategy, focusing on long-term vision and future growth.
• Prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with pillar owners to integrate requests into the product roadmap.
• Partner with the Data Product Manager to enhance algorithms and define KPIs.
• Engage with country teams to gather insights and implement algorithm improvements based on data analysis.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards for data visualization and performance tracking.
• Ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

• High proficiency in English (Fluent) and Portuguese (Fluent).
• Intermediate Spanish is a plus.
• Proven experience in product strategy, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and different cultures.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical skills such as SQL or Python to assist with product or service usage in markets.
