Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product strategy for Roku's performance advertising portfolio
  • Analyze systems, workflows, and dependencies across ad delivery, bidding, targeting, forecasting, and measurement
  • Partner with Product Management, Ad Sales, Operations, and Legal to unblock revenue opportunities
  • Establish frameworks for scaling across Roku’s direct channels and in-stream video ads businesses
  • Serve as the directly responsible individual for performance advertising GTM initiatives
  • Own the operational readiness and launch execution for new performance buying products

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy and operations, growth or performance marketing, or equivalent
  • Experience managing performance budgets and understanding optimization decisions
  • Ability to shape product strategy through market analysis and competitive insights
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to scale operational processes
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and analytical skills
  • Experience using AI to increase productivity in research and professional tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or scaling performance advertising products in a digital platform environment
  • Understanding of outcome-based buying systems like CPA bidding and conversion optimization
