Product Strategy Manager - Retail Media

Responsibilities

• Act as the central interface between business and tech teams, translating commercial requirements and market feedback into strategic product requirements.
• Own the positioning, communication, and value proposition of Retail Media products to create compelling narratives for sales pitches.
• Support and empower Retail Media Managers through training, strategic guidance, and data-driven insights to improve client performance.
• Provide strategic consultancy to key clients by translating complex technical concepts into understandable business value and growth strategies.
• Collaborate closely with tech, sales, and business stakeholders to drive product adoption and continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Retail Media, AdTech, Product Strategy, Business Development, or Consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills combined with a strong commercial mindset.
• Proven ability to bridge technical and economic perspectives effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for working within cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in both German and English.
