Product Strategy Manager - Retail Media

Responsibilities

• Act as the business counterpart to Tech teams, translating commercial needs and market feedback into strategic product requirements
• Own the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of retail media products to enable impactful client pitches
• Empower Retail Media Managers through training, strategic guidance, and data-driven insights
• Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients by translating complex technical concepts into clear business value
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Sales, and Business stakeholders to drive product adoption and commercial success

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
• 3+ years of experience in Retail Media, AdTech, Product Strategy, Business Development, or Consulting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a strong commercial mindset
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively
• Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English and German
