Product Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic execution and operating cadence for Merchant Solutions by partnering with Product and Sales leadership
• Translate strategy into clear plans, milestones, and outcomes to support initiative delivery
• Build and sustain core rhythms of business, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), playbooks, and weekly executive updates
• Support new product planning and prioritization frameworks to improve transparency and decision-making
• Enable go-to-market alignment between Product and Sales to ensure shared priorities and launch readiness
• Assist product teams in assessing market opportunities and building investment business cases

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management, Product Delivery, or related experience, preferably in the payments space
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Experience in product strategy or business operations within a technology or payments organization
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or using AI products
