Product Strategy and Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Spearhead initiatives to identify, evaluate, and launch new product opportunities through market research and feasibility analyses
• Develop and own comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, positioning, and pricing
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to ensure successful execution
• Manage detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and success metrics
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to iterate and optimize product offerings
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, or corporate strategy
• Proven success in leading new product launches or entering new markets
• Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to align diverse stakeholders
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
