Product Strategy and Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational health of a specific product line (Remittance, Banking, Gold, or Equities)
• Define product-surface defects, build tracking dashboards, and drive metric improvements
• Manage partner performance by running weekly operating cadences and influencing SLAs, costs, and service quality
• Design SOPs and operating models for partners and internal teams including compliance and finance
• Ship production automation workflows (LLM orchestration, SQL-triggered alerts, internal tools) to reduce manual operational load
• Drive pod operating rhythms by providing data-driven diagnoses and actionable plans for product reviews

Requirements

• Experience owning and driving operational metrics rather than just supporting them
• Experience working with external fintech or banking partners (banks, infrastructure providers, or custodians)
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to inspect transaction-level data independently
• Proven experience shipping production automation workflows that are used by real teams or users
• Data fluency with dashboarding tools such as Metabase, Hex, Sigma, or equivalent
