Product Strategy and Corporate Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to identify new areas for growth and acceleration in AI/ML, observability, security, and cloud infrastructure.
• Identify and evaluate M&A targets and venture investment opportunities across European markets, focusing on AI-native and infrastructure companies.
• Build deep relationships with founders, VCs, and accelerators in the Paris, London, and Iberian ecosystems to generate proprietary deal flow.
• Lead end-to-end due diligence, including technical product assessments, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and integration planning.
• Negotiate and close complex transactions, including acquisitions, investments, and hyperscaler partnerships.
• Develop strategic recommendations for senior leadership, including the CEO.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in corporate development, venture capital, engineering, or product management at a high-growth technology company.
• Demonstrated technical depth with the ability to analyze product architecture and engage credibly with engineering leaders.
• Strong AI literacy, including the ability to evaluate the technical merit of AI-native companies and current AI/ML infrastructure trends.
• Experience operating within European tech markets (Paris, London, and/or Iberia preferred).
• Proven track record of sourcing proprietary opportunities through personal networks.
• Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background at an AI-native company (e.g., building or investing in AI infrastructure, LLM tooling, or applied AI).
• Computer Science or engineering degree.
