Product Specialist/Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance for the designated portfolio by engaging with physicians and pharmacies to place orders and present commercial policies.
• Achieve quantitative sales objectives and market share growth within the assigned geographic territory (mazowieckie, warmińsko-mazurskie, podlaskie).
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) based on ethical principles.
• Organize group events and provide one-to-one training and support regarding the proper use of Allergan Aesthetics products.
• Plan daily activities and call cycles using CRM systems to maximize customer time and ensure effective budget utilization.
• Implement business plans and sales strategies aligned with the overall company strategic plan.

Requirements

• Degree level education.
• 2–3 years of experience in the commercial healthcare sector, medical aesthetics, or a similar medical representative role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and over-achieving performance measurements.
• Strong negotiation, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and across an organization to coordinate resources.
• Willingness to travel regularly as this is a field-based role.
• Valid driving license.
• Intermediate English language proficiency or above.
