Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configure best-practice, end-to-end experiences for global client teams using the Catalyst product suite
• Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to configure and operate products
• Consult with client service teams and Marketing Operations on configuration solutions
• Execute configuration tasks based on client support requests
• Configure client business rules and product features based on specifications
• Support testing of configurations and newly developed features
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve scalability and maintainability

Requirements

• Proven experience in application consulting, product specialist, or technical consultant roles
• Experience configuring and operating products within a platform
• Ability to translate client needs into standardized and scalable solutions
• Strong technical troubleshooting and optimization skills
• Experience working in multi-functional and distributed teams
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JSON
• Experience improving configuration, onboarding, or enablement processes
• Interest in applying AI to product configuration
• Hands-on experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, or Personalization platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze)
