Product Specialist - Systems

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level systems sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets for cochlear implant systems
• Drive new patient acquisition through partnerships with hospitals, implant centers, and clinicians
• Identify and develop new cochlear implant centers within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with ENT surgeons, audiologists, and hospital stakeholders
• Position Cochlear’s technology by articulating clinical value and differentiation to healthcare professionals
• Manage the sales pipeline rigorously using Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting and activity tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Clinical, and Operations to support systems objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
• MBA or a related science field
• 8+ years of outstanding sales and product specialist experience in healthcare or a relevant field
• Strong influencing, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of building stakeholder relationships and managing complex B2B/B2C sales processes
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a team manager within a multi-national healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device organization
