Product Specialist - Services

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enhancements and process improvements to ERP systems to drive regional business outcomes.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, standardized technical solutions.
• Consolidate local process variants into a shared global ERP template to ensure organizational consistency.
• Assess and reduce local customizations, converging them toward standardized and globally supported solutions.
• Identify and eliminate duplicated or overlapping processes and solutions.
• Provide expert-level support for complex, non-standard, or recurrent technical tickets.
• Analyze root causes of recurring issues and convert them into actionable enhancement backlog items.
• Transfer knowledge to Second-Level Support through the creation of playbooks, guidelines, and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ERP systems implementation, support, or product management.
• Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (specifically Field Service, Depot Repair, Install Base, or Service Contracts).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for ticket management, workflows, and knowledge base management.
• Experience using SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ERP convergence methodologies and global template design.
• Proven track record of driving ERP enhancements and process standardization across multiple regions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
