About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer implementation lifecycle from initial signature to successful go-live
- Translate complex customer pricing models into the Sequence data model
- Deliver expert guidance to customers to accelerate onboarding and optimize platform usage
- Act as a frontline operator providing critical product feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
- Build and scale the onboarding playbook and implementation function alongside the C-level team
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical or analytical role (e.g., implementation management, solutions engineering, product, or data analysis) within a high-growth environment
- Technical background, such as a STEM degree or experience working closely with technical products and teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex customer projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate a lack of established structure
- A proactive mindset geared toward ownership and rapid problem-solving
