Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
• Conduct product walkthroughs and provide resolutions to customer queries
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers via email, phone, and live video calls
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all reported issues
• Find ways to go above and beyond to help customers succeed

Requirements

• Must be currently residing in India with full work authorization
• Ability to work the shift from 6:00 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST
• Minimum Math score of 85% (or equivalent 2.00) in 10th grade or most recent Math exam
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns
