Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution
• Conduct product walkthroughs and provide solutions to customer queries
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues to identify solutions
• Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic feedback to customers via email, phone, and live video calls
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all reported issues
• Go above and beyond to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

• Maximum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role or customer support
• Strong analytical background with a math-heavy mindset
• 10th grade Mathematics score of 85% or higher
• Proficiency with SQL queries, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Zoho Desk or similar support/service software
• Ability to work rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening IST)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a startup environment
• Experience within the B2B SaaS industry
