Product Specialist, MV Switchgear (UL)

Responsibilities

• Manage the product offering for Medium Voltage switchgear, focusing on development and success within Commercial, Industrial, and Data Center markets.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps and define global go-to-market and marketing plans.
• Establish and manage product pricing in alignment with customer and company requirements.
• Research market trends, industry shifts, and the competitive landscape to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and regional business teams to define unique product features and marketing requirements.
• Support customer meetings, industry trade events, and regional marketing programs.
• Provide leadership for global business cases to position the company for growth in target segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical sales, or business management.
• Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Strong competence in visual and verbal communication, problem-solving, and project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and other business applications.
• Professional experience within the switchgear or data center industry is a plus.
