About the role
Responsibilities
- Formulate product-level marketing strategy for independent aftermarket sales growth
- Set part-level pricing based on raw material index, competition, and price corridor
- Maintain material masters in SAP to support billing and operations
- Plan product lifecycle, promotions, volume, turnover, and brand loyalty programs
- Analyze competition, benchmark the portfolio, and support sales-force competency development
- Protect gross margins and minimum target margin at part-number level
Requirements
- MBA
- Experience in traded or commodity market marketing
- Product pricing and marketing communication skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive aftermarket trends
- Customer complaint and conflict management skills
- Analytical, data, and risk management skills
- MS Office, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP proficiency
