About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales activities towards HCP personnel
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions
- Provide support during patient visits
- Actively participate in procurement and tender processes
- Ensure customer information is accurate and updated in the CRM system
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales roles within a MedTech company targeting HCPs
- Experience in wound care is preferred
- Nurse or equivalent education
- Experience in training or educating healthcare professionals is highly desirable
- Experience in procurement and tender positioning
- Strong commercial mindset and analytical negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and training abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Swedish and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid B-driver's license
