Product Specialist - Laser

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute winning sales strategies for the Laser Unit to grow market share in the BeNeLux region.
• Build long-term relationships with urologists, OR nurses, purchasers, and hospital decision-makers.
• Guide hospital teams through the installation, operation, and maintenance of laser equipment.
• Lead product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions to ensure safe and effective use in clinical settings.
• Support strategic pricing, tenders, and contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to shape sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a paramedical, biomedical, business, or technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in capital equipment sales.
• Deep understanding of the operating room (OR) environment.
• Fluency in both Dutch and French.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and Power BI.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel 50-70% of the time.
