Product Specialist – Ion Endoluminal Robotic Bronchoscopy

Responsibilities

• Act as the clinical face for Ion Endoluminal Robotic Bronchoscopy technology
• Support clinicians through their learning curve and build confidence in the platform
• Help hospitals establish and grow their robotic bronchoscopy programs
• Engage interventional pulmonologists and thoracic surgeons to expand awareness and adoption
• Drive business outcomes and create momentum for new standards of care across Victoria and South Australia

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical or medical device environment supporting customers in real time
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and influencing skills
• Comfort working in hospital, theatre, or procedural settings
• Proven ability to work autonomously and as a self-starter
• Current driver license and ability to travel across Victoria and South Australia
• Curiosity and willingness to learn complex technical concepts quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to interventional pulmonology, thoracic surgery, or oncology
• Experience launching or growing the adoption of new medical technologies
• Background in capital equipment, clinical support, nursing, or procedural sales
• Familiarity with robotic surgery ecosystems or complex procedural pathways
• Tertiary qualification in science, nursing, allied health, or a related field
