Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers through consultative sales and negotiation
• Schedule appointments and conduct professional product demonstrations or presentations on-site
• Identify and create client needs by providing detailed information on product modifications and enhancements
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate contact details and client information
• Submit weekly reports regarding sales activities, competitor movements, and pricing changes
• Manage customer relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, and personnel
• Provide professional in-service training for end-users on system applications
• Assist in following up on accounts receivable for assigned sales accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, Nursing, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Bilingual fluency in both Arabic and English
• Valid driving license and possession of a car
• Based in Cairo, Egypt
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks effectively
