Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform consultative sales to identify and create needs for Imdad products through prospecting and negotiation.
• Schedule and conduct appointments with new and existing customers to promote product lines.
• Deliver professional product demonstrations and presentations on-site using company sales aids and marketing data.
• Maintain and update the customer database with detailed information regarding ownership, physicians, and equipment status.
• Submit weekly reports covering sales activities, competitor movements, and pricing changes.
• Manage after-sales support, including conducting in-service training for end-users on system applications.
• Foster and maintain excellent relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Assist in following up on accounts receivable for assigned sales accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, Nursing, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales (experience in Dermatology is a plus).
• Must be based in Cairo.
• Valid driving license and possession of a car.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, manage time effectively, and juggle multiple tasks.
