About the Company

Halter is on a mission to enable graziers to run the most productive and sustainable operations. Using cattle collars and an app, Halter allows ranchers to virtually fence and shift cattle, proactively monitoring location and behavior. We are a high-growth agritech company scaling our world-leading solution from New Zealand and Australia into the U.S. market.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on ranches with customers to identify product improvements and needs
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and prioritize projects
• Lead projects for continuous product innovation from design to execution
• Share in-depth knowledge of U.S. ranches and virtual fencing with the global team
• Partner with Territory Managers to maintain commercial alignment
• Work with strategic customers to ensure full product utilization and value delivery

Requirements

• Must have ranching experience
• Passion for animals and the future of agriculture
• Interest in agri-tech and ability to learn technical product details
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or running research trials
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with ambiguity
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth technology scale-up environment
• Proven ability to reach innovative conclusions through data and observation
