Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and key decision makers
• Grow sales revenue by identifying and converting opportunities with new and existing customers
• Initiate discussions regarding new products to generate sales opportunities
• Manage product trials, including the administration of product evaluation forms
• Provide training, education, and in-servicing on Haines Medical products
• Manage territory sales plans and pipelines, ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM system
• Seek customer feedback to assist in new product development
• Resolve customer or product complaints with a high level of service

Requirements

• Self-starter with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Solution-focused mindset with a positive, driven attitude
• Customer-centric approach with a proven ability to influence positive outcomes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and reliability skills
