Product Specialist, Enterprise Informatics

Responsibilities

• Focus on the development of Enterprise Informatics Imaging Informatics products for Philips Health Systems.
• Serve as a consultant for implementing solutions requiring a multidisciplinary approach and in-depth organizational knowledge.
• Track and monitor order intake (OIT) and solution delivery (SR) pacing according to the Annual Operational Plan.
• Lead solution consultations and work independently to provide expert advice within specific technical areas.
• Drive the integral design of solutions based on customer intelligence to convert leads into clients.
• Engage with customers and local marketing to meet stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Handle safety and non-safety related complaints and escalations to ensure timely analysis and registration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or Biomedical Engineering within the medical healthcare industry.
• Strong business sense with a sales-oriented approach and proven project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with functional peer groups and external parties.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cardiology and Radiology related software.
